We welcome new members. If you wish to find out whether our group suits you, please attend one of our meetings. A fee of $2.00 is collected each meeting to help towards our costs. There is no extra charge for tea/coffee/biscuits.
Meetings of the Kensington & Norwood Writers' Group are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month with the occasional exception. (See calendar for meeting dates.) Meetings start at from 7 p.m. and finish about 10 p.m. We take a break over the Christmas - January time of the year.
Meetings are held in the Don Pyatt Room at the Norwood Town Hall

Topics are set to stimulate writing, but homework is not compulsory. The meeting consists of general business, followed by reading of work by members. Group members offer constructive criticism and ideas. We take a break in discussion for supper at an appropriate point. Occasionally we offer a workshop meeting devoted to some aspect of creative writing, with a guest speaker.
